At the Cullman Child Development Center, our mission is to nurture the growth and potential of every child by providing high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and care. Rooted in strong partnerships with families, local organizations, and surrounding communities, we strive to create a supportive environment where children from all backgrounds can thrive emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually.

We are committed to serving as a hub for family engagement and community well-being, bridging gaps in access to developmental and health services across Delaware, Chenango, Otsego, and neighboring counties. Through play-based learning, skilled staff, and intentional collaboration, we empower children and families to build a strong foundation for lifelong success.
